Temperate Rainforest Trip

.

After ziplining, we went for a hike in a Temperate Rainforest. We hiked along the ocean to Alyard Farm in Sooke. We stopped at a gorgeous beach as well as many outcrops.  It was gorgeous. The air was so fresh and clean. 😉.
This hiking was easier than Mount Doug. Also we walked on the beach and I played on a beach swing. It was very different than a swing in Hong Kong.

It only had one rope to support it, but Hong Kong swings  have two ropes.  On the way back, we found this amazing field of daisies. ðŸ’œðŸ’œ Mimi wanted pictures of Daisy in a field of daisies, so we all stopped and took many beautiful pictures. 😂😂😂

Ziplining

The next day we went zipling. I was so excited to do this; therefore, I couldn't sleep before doing this. I was too excited and I wanted to feel the power in my body. 😗💖

The photo is me with a Sasquatch.  Do you know what a Sasquatch is?  If not, google it to find out! I had never seen a Sasquatch before!

This was my first time zipling. We got to do eight ziplines. I felt a bit nervous at the beginning, but by the end, I didn't feel nervous at all, and I tried doing many different zipline poses - like the Superman & Spiderman poses.

Making and Sharing Dinner 😋😋

At the end of my whale watching day, I was one of the chefs. We cooked Greek salad, garlic bread and lasagna. This was the most inspiring cooking lesson of my life, even though, I don't like cheese I still tried the lasagna which was filled with four types of cheese - ricotta, mozzarella, Parmesan, and cheddar. This made me feel that I needed to try and accept something I didn't like. 🙂🙂🙂 I found out, I still don't like cheese, but lasagna was interesting to make.

There were the other days dinner

Whale Watching 😎

When we were going whale watching, there were some beautiful houses. Just look at the top photo and you will see amazing boat houses. These houses are built on the sea. I think they would be amazing places to live in. 🤗🤗🤗

When we were on the boat and watching the whales, I had to wear a hat because the wind was very strong. The wind made my hair so messy and me very cold. We managed to see killer whales and sea lions. However, I couldn't take any pictures of them because they went in and out of the water too quickly; therefore, the only way to capture these moments was by using my brain to memorize these perfect moment 🤓🤓🤓
